60 minutes, 1 hour

Ok, we all know that Mother Earth is living on life support system now. With the continuous contribution of air, land and sea pollution by the civilized and educated human race, Mother Earth will die.

Wow, interesting. Ok, here's whats happening now......

WWF is organizing this event called "Earth Hour". It is an event that asks households and businesses to turn off their non-essential lights and electrical appliances for one hour to raise awareness towards the need to take action on climate change

Ok people, lets do our part ok? Some of you all might ask, why bother doing it? Earth will still one day perish.

By switching off your lights for an hour, you save electricity. But if a whole county does that, it really helps saving Earth you know?

But the best part is.....imagine 80 countries, 750 cities taking part in Earth Hour, we are able to save a big chunk of energy man!!!!

So, be a good reader of mine, and switch off your lights on the 28th of March 2009. You and I would make a big difference, trust me. Its the only thing that I can do to help saving Earth. God created it, and its our responsibility to take care of it.

I know I will.

Thanks for promoting Earth Hour! Another way you can recruit people to the cause is by creating a Earth Hour group on Commit21.com. Simply create a group about one action that you will commit to do for Earth Hour and recruit your friends, family, and co-workers to get involved in that action as well. When it comes to climate change, simple actions can make huge differences and Commit21 leverages social media to influence networks of friends, family, and co-workers. Check it out at www.commit21.com
